How to activate Microsoft 365 for the first time?
1. Please reset your password via(Staff : TCIS | Student : SMAP). DO NOT use or include your username as your password. Your new password will not be save to Microsoft if you do so.
2. Open https://outlook.office.com on your web browser. Enter your full email at the login screen. Make sure you choose “Work or School account” (only if this screen appear)
Staff : TCIS username@uthm.edu.my
Student : matric@student.uthm.edu.my
3. Enter your newly changed password.
4. Microsoft will ask for Multi-Factor Authentication(MFA) to continue setup your account. Please follow the video guide below.
5. You will be redirected to your email inbox once you complete MFA setup.
