How to check and manage your e-mail / calendar using Outlook app on Android Phone?
1. Launch the Outlook app and select “ADD ACCOUNT”.
2. Tap “Enter your email” and key-in your email. Tap “Continue”.
3. Tap “Office 365”.
4. Enter your password and tap “Sign in”.
5. Tap “MAYBE LATER”.
6. Wait until syncing is complete.
7. To open an email, just tap on it.
8. To reply by email, tap “Reply” at the bottom of the app.
9. To compose new email, tap “+” icon. Tap at “To” field to select receipient. Tap “Cc” if you would like to include others. Tap the “Arrow” icon at the bottom of the app to send the email.
10. Tap the Office 365 icon to view all your folders. Tap the “Gear” icon on the bottom left to open settings.
11. Tap “Signature”.
12. Edit your signature as needed.
13. To customize the swipe function, go to “Swipe options,” then “CHANGE,” and then select an action from the list.
14. To delete emails, just swipe left or right depending on the setting you used before.
15. To open the calendar, just tap the “Calendar” icon at the bottom right.
16. Just tap on the event name to view more information.
17. To join an online meeting, just tap “JOIN”.
18. To add another account just tap the Office 365 icon and tap the “Mail+” icon. Choose which email provider and just follow the on screen instruction just like before when you add UTHM’s email.
