1. Launch the Microsoft Teams app and enter your email. The app will also detect your previously logged in account at Outlook. Tap the email address to proceed.
2. Tap OK to proceed.
3. Swipe or tap Next until you reach the end of the infographic, tap “Got it” to proceed.
4. You will land at the “Activity” page. Tap the “Teams” icon to view your team and channel.
5. Tap the three-dot icon to show more options.
6. Tap the “Calendar” icon to view your activities or to join a meeting to which you are invited. Tap OK to allow bluetooth devices like a microphone or speaker. Tap “Join” to start the meeting.
7. Tap “Allow” to proceed.
8. Check your camera and microphone. When you’re ready, click “Join now.”
9. Tap three dots to view more options.
10. Tap the People icon at the top right to view other people who have joined the meeting.
11. To leave the meeting, tap the red icon and tap “Leave”.
12. In the calendar view, tap + to create a new event / meeting. Tap Done to finish.
13. To cancel an event, tap the event, then tap the Details tab, then tap “Cancel event”.
