How to activate Microsoft 365 for the first time?
1. Please reset your password via https://reset.uthm.edu.my using the “Forgot password” menu.
2. Open https://outlook.office.com on your web browser. Enter your full email at the login screen. You will redirected to UTHM-SSO login screen.
Staff : TCIS username@uthm.edu.my
Student : matric@student.uthm.edu.my
3. You will be asked to enter 6 digit OTP to proceed. Use Google Authenticator app to enter the code as previously setup.
4. You will be redirected to your email inbox once you successfully authenticated.
